Using the Condense Function

To shorten a sentence, phrase, paragraph, or a series of sentences/paragraphs, you can use Squibler’s condense function. First, highlight the section you want to abbreviate:

You will see the white toolbar appear on your text. Click the lightning bolt icon to access the pull-down menu. From there, scroll to Condense and click on the word Condense. This will automatically shorten the text you have highlighted:

You can see how the AI has condensed the writing by reading the text in the chat box to the right of your document.
