If you are more comfortable using a dark screen, you can manage this in the Squibler application.
Click the icon in the top right with your initial on it to reveal a pull-down menu. Then, scroll to Appearance:
This will reveal a menu that allows you to switch your view from light to dark screen:
Select the option you would like to use:
To return to the previous option, follow the same steps.
